Delete Your Account

How to request deletion of your Breeze account and associated data.

Delete from the app

1Open the Breeze app and go to Settings

2Scroll down to the Data section

3Tap Delete my account

4Confirm twice when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

Your Breeze account and authentication credentials
All community posts, replies, and reactions
Your community profile and circle memberships
Listener profile and peer support data
Buddy pairs and check-in messages
Group breathing session participation
All locally stored data (mood logs, journal entries, session history)

What is NOT stored on our servers

The following data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or tap "Delete all my data" in Settings:

Mood entries and mood history
Gratitude journal and freewrite entries
Breathing and meditation session history
Self-care check-ins
Personal settings, name, and emergency contact

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All associated data is permanently removed from our servers. If you have an active Breeze Pro subscription, please cancel it through the Google Play Store before deleting your account.
